职位要求：To support the fast growth, we now invite high caliber personnel to take up the Customer Service Specialist position. The position will be located in Jinan and report to Customer service Manager.
Support sales of full services; process and maintain customer contracts; confirm customer`s PO properly, including pricing control, lead time confirm etc.; provide properly and timely sales order entry in ERP system;
Coordinate with relevant internal dept’s. of planning, logistic etc. for on-time delivery
Proactive ownership of customer needs with regular follow-up through order fulfillment;
Follow up customers’ payment with support from Finance dept.;
Follow up on service inquiries to ensure that customers are satisfied with quality of service provided.
Respond to and resolve complaints and concerns with support from AE;
Proactive management of customer needs with regular follow-up through order fulfillment
Maintain and update customer data files in ERP system.
Prepare monthly report or other reports requested .
Fulfill jobs assigned by department. manager when needed
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International trading, Logistics or other equivalent area;
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point application and ERP system, fluency in speaking, reading and writing English and Chinese.
Good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit; Ability to handle multi-tasks.
Patient, honest, careful and can work under pressure; Self-motivated and quick to learn; Strong sense of responsibility; Passionate and initiative.
At least 3 years working experience of customer service, marketing and business planning, supply chain and commercial in a multiple-national company; Manufacturing industry background preferred;
